EVALUATION AND STRATEGIC PLANNING

I have been been involved as an evaluator for several exciting projects that constitute best practice in the cultural sector. I work with the client to establish project outcomes, and am experienced in delivering a range of methodologies which include consultations, surveys (face-to-face and online) and focus groups.

Everything I work on is strategically informed, and I also work with clients on developing visions and public engagement strategies. These are aspirational documents, but critically, realistically informed by operations and the available resource.
