Family & Early Years Strategy 

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

In collaboration with fellow consultant Jo Graham, I was privileged to work with the Family & Early Years team at Kew Gardens to produce a five-year Strategy and Action Plan for this globally renowned institution. Together we established a vision for the strategy, with supporting aims, objectives and performance indicators. The process was informed by thoughtful reflection and discussion, and drew on nature connectedness and the development of science capital as key drivers.
