I was delighted to be asked to support the Learning & Public Programmes team at the Royal Academy of Arts in the development of their Strategy. We had rich discussions around the value of their provision and the impact this has on their programmes’ participants. We then worked up ideas for a strong Vision, Misson and set of Aims, all of which will provide the framework for the Strategy as it continues to be developed.
