From 2020 - 2024, I assisted Emkan Education, a sector leader in Education consultancy services, in researching and producing content for KSA’s Ministry of Culture. Services provided included the following:

 

- Content developer and author of a ‘Child Culture’ digital guide for all KSA organisations, venues and festival providers which develop and run cultural and heritage programs for children and families

- Benchmarking best practice in the Visual Arts and Music curricula globally to inform the development of these subjects within the new Arts & Culture curriculum in KSA

- Expert Advisor role in the strategic foundations for all arts and culture subjects which form the Arts & Culture curriculum in KSA

- Special lead in Visual Arts (part of a team of three global specialists) to develop and write the content of the Visual Arts curriculum for KSA, including visual arts, craft, and the built (architectural) environment

- Training of Emkan Education consultants on Creativity in Education

- Panel lead and convenor for a discussion on The Integration of arts, culture and everyday creativity in schools for the Emkan School Conference 2022
