Ripon Museums Trust

I was delighted to work with Ripon Museums Trust in a mentoring capacity to help them produce a five-year Learning Strategy. This work aimed to provide for them a clear direction of travel, increase income generation, resolve operational challenges, and develop the content in line with contemporary resonances and the needs of primary and secondary schools.
