VISION DEVELOPMENT, CREATIVE CARE, FULLSCOPE

I have recently completed a visioning exercise with Fullscope's Board members to look at the purpose and future of the Creative Care programme. This took the form of two online workshops with the Board. The focus was how creative activity could contribute beneficially to health and wellbeing. Discussions took place initially around the evaluation findings and seven key questions to result from these. The second workshop further defined the project's aspirations resulting in a full vision statement.
