STRATEGIC PLANNING, MEETING HOUSE ON THE GREEN

I have been working closely with the Programme Manager at the newly refurbished Meeting House on the Green, London, to establish a three year strategy for public engagement at the venue. My role has been to mentor the Programme Manager through the process, and to provide advice and guidance where required. Three successful workshops were held with the venue's key stakeholders, and the Strategy will be presented to the Board in December 2021.
