EVALUATOR OF INSTITUTIONAL CHANGE, NORFOLK MUSEUMS SERVICE

I am delighted to be involved Norfolk Museum Service’s trailblazing project, ‘Norfolk Journeys’ which seeks to engage young people from all background, after co-writing the Activity Plan for the project in 2018. Working with Claire Adler, this evaluation – running from 2019 to 2023 – measures how effectively Norfolk Museum Service has developed as an organisation to successfully accommodate young people’s involvement and agency at strategic and operational levels. My role includes extensive consultation with stakeholders annually for four years, including with representatives from the county's Norfolk-in-Care Council and with museum service staff.
