I was delighted to be involved in mentoring and training staff at the Electoral Commission in the evaluation of their new resources for young people and teachers. Working with fellow consultant Claire Adler, we have advised the team on establishing and then measuring quantitative outcomes. This has included conducting training, and ongoing mentoring on their evaluation framework and evaluation mechanisms, such as online surveys.
