Interpretation Plan
Royal High School Preservation Trust, Edinburgh
I was engaged together with Claire Adler by the Royal High School Preservation Trust in Edinburgh. Our task was to develop both activity planning and interpretation at the historic Royal High School building at Calton Hill in Edinburgh New Town, which has been noted as one of the most accomplished Neoclassical buildings in Britain. With generous funding already secured, the building will be open to the public for the first time in its history, with public engagement forming a key part of the project. Informed by consultation with target audiences, partners and stakeholders, I wrote the outline Interpretation Strategy which formed a part of the Delivery phase submission to the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
