Children's Centre for Creativity, Singapore

I was proud to lead on the strategic, creative and operational development and implementation of Asia's first Children’s Centre for Creativity based in Singapore, which operated between 2015 and 2020. Initiated by the organisation Playeum, the role included vision development, the successful opening and running of the venue, driving thought-leadership, the artistic direction for the exhibition ‘A World Full of Stories’, managing the core team, part-time/freelance staff and a changing team of interns and volunteers, ensuring the continuing development of the full team, Board liaison, financial and fundraising responsibility and management, developing new businesses, leading on major grants applications, and forging strategic partnerships within Singapore and internationally.
