INTERPRETATION PLAN AND ACTIVITY PLAN, DARLINGTON RAILWAY HERITAGE QUARTER

As an Associate Consultant for the design studio PLB, I recently led on the interpretation content for the high-profile £29 million Darlington Railway Heritage Quarter, which celebrates the world-renowned Stockton & Darlington Railway. The North Road Station site and the adjacent historic buildings will provide the fitting context for visitors to engage with the international significance of this heritage. I subsequently worked with Julia Holberry Associates to produce the Activity Plan. Both documents successfully contributed to the Round 2 pass awarded to Darlington Borough Council by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
